Heat A2 milk in a clay pot, add curd culture, and let it ferment into rich, wholesome curd.

Traditionally Wood Churned
The curd is churned using a wooden Bilonaa, extracting rich and wholesome butter the Vedic way.

Slow Cooking the Butter
Gentle heat evaporates the water content and transforms the butter into aromatic golden ghee.

Filtering & Packaging
Once cooled, the pure Bilonaa A2 Ghee is carefully packaged to preserve its freshness and rich aroma.
